Randstad is hiring call center professionals for a major financial firm in Chandler!

Location: Chandler AZ 85286

Pay: $15/hr

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months - temp to perm opportunity

Responsibilities:

HIGH VOLUME Inbound call center environment. (30 calls on average)

Handling calls from individuals whose vehicle was repossessed and are calling about next steps to get their vehicle back.

Employee provides the steps needed in order to get the car back. These steps can include providing payment instructions, read disclosures, quotes, what they need to do at the DMV, etc.

Individuals must have attention to detail as they will be reviewing files and will need to be aware of state laws and guidelines

After the individual has completed the items requested, they will call back in and the employee will assist with title being reinstated.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

Hands on learner - Will be on the job training, observing, no formal training

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

Seeking candidates with the following:

Collections experience preferred

Previous customer service and financial is plus but not required

Conflict resolution experience

Customer Experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
