SUMMARY Our Director of Information Technology is responsible for overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications and development of new technical solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department. Work with clients and staff to assess and respond to IT needs. Manage an IT staff which includes software engineers and systems administrators Highly experienced supporting and implementing contact center enterprise class VOIP phone systems on premise and cloud based platforms such as Cisco, Shortel, Avaya and ECT. Assist and inform the Project Management team with regular updates as it relates to client projects. Hold departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives, promote team building and work to provide growth paths for staff. Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions. Directs operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel as appropriate. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and providing appropriate training for IT support staff. Serve on planning and policy-making committees. Work with IT staff on developing best practices and written documentation for all server maintenance. Manage the financial aspect of IT division including; purchasing, budgeting and budget review. Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks. Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations. Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment. Develop, review, and implement all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans. Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staff. Director of Information Technology must have sound judgment, initiative, flexibility and detail oriented. Expertise with Microsoft Windows environments including Window Server platforms and Microsoft Exchange Experience with Microsoft Windows configuration, installation, maintenance, and support. Knowledge of Client/Server technology and Internet/Intranets. Experience with complex project management. Other duties as assigned or necessary. QUALIFICATIONS 5
years of experience with a minimum of 5
years of IT Leadership experience within a call center environment. Experience must include having at least 4 direct reports. Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience is required Minimum 5 years supporting and implementing Contact Center Enterprise class VOIP phone systems on premise and cloud based platforms i.e. Cisco, Shoretel, Avaya, etc. Proven experience and expertise in implementing and managing Contact Center based CRM platforms Proven experience and expertise in custom reporting platforms. Proven ability and expertise in leading a team of custom programmers specializing in client side, server side, and database programming languages i.e. PHP, MySQL, C#, etc. Proven experience acting as a partner to executive leadership. Has guided top enterprise and/or divisional leadership with their I.T. strategies through periods of significant change and expansion. Excellent leadership skills with a philosophy of creating a high-trust culture that empowers employees as individual contributors and fosters a strong team environment. Demonstrates a Servant Leadership philosophy with proper focus on meeting the needs of those they lead, and develops employees to bring out the best in each. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
