POSITION OVERVIEW
Our company has enjoyed rapid growth over the last few years by building and delivering state of the art software solutions to the banking world. As part of Inc. magazine's 5000 fastest growing companies, we would like to add more horsepower to this innovative and dynamic team, and are currently seeking full time software developers. Demonstrated ability to acquire new knowledge in a timely manner. Self starter with ability to work in a team environment. Basic knowledge of software design patterns, database(relational and/or non-relational), and development cycles. Basic knowledge of C/C++, other OO programming languages such as Java and .Net

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain existing software product lines. Including functional enhancements, bug fixing, code optimization, etc.
Team building. Cross training team members and receiving training from team members on coding, business process related to software products, time management, etc.
Customer support. Provide second line support for the frontline technical support staff on customer issues
New product designs, prototyping and development
Custom project development. Support sales and marketing on technical issues, design special project based on client needs, organize team members to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Key Deliverables in the first 90 days
Completely understand the existing software product lines within 45 days, to be able take on new module design and development, bug fixing and second line customer support.
Within 60 days, become capable of taking the lead in custom projects
Achieve a level of expertise in the first 90 days which allow you to back up all team members with full project development capacityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
