CORESTAFF Services is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a national company's Chandler. Arizona location.
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support the Talent Acquisition team in pipelining talent. Proactively identifies candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including:
cold calling in to competitive companies, online databases, social media sites (LinkedIn, Spoke), boolean searching on internet portals (Google, Yahoo!), job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals, ATS system and attending industry and diversity related events.
Basic Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience with proven experience delivering results
o Minimum 2 year of experience working with Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
oMinimum of 2 years experience working with LinkedIn is required. LinkedIn Certification preferred.
oMinimum of 1 - 2 years experience working with ATS Systems, Taleo preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
