Our team is currently looking for a dynamic and upbeat individual to join our outbound calling team.
Experience and license in real estate sales would be a positive, but not a necessity.
Position would entail mainly outbound prospecting to set-up listing and buyer lead appointments for our sales division.
Job Requirements Include:
o Knowledge and use of Auto-Dialing software
o Ability to work in Database Management systems
o Excellent Verbal communication skills
o Must have a positive attitude
o Must be assertive and be able to set appointments
o Customer service oriented
o You need to be Coachable and be able to learn sales scripts
o TEAM players only
Pay will include a base salary and bonuses for closed transactions.
