Right now, we're looking for a Telephone Service Representative to join our team and answer incoming customer phone calls and using techniques to schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments.

Position Responsibilities:
The Telephone Service Representative will play a key role in helping us to achieve our goals by focusing on the following Responsibilities:
Professionally answers incoming phone calls from potential customers
Accurately enters auto glass loss information into the GTS system
Communicates with the quality assurance department to start the process of insurance verification if necessary
Using knowledge of auto glass parts qualifies the damage for a windshield repair or selects the appropriate glass part for replacement
Locates an appointment or finds a solution that will ensure the customer receives quick and convenient service
Tracks each job scheduled, and keeps a "non scheduled job" log to help identify trends in each market
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of previous experience in sales, collections, call center, account management or telemarketing is preferred
Knowledge of computers, telephone systems, and sales and customer service techniques
Ability to operate a computer and telephone system, have a pleasant voice, positive attitude, clear diction, composure, and persuasiveness/sales ability
Ability to learn and understand basic insurance terminology and maintain confidential information.
Skill in negotiating
Skill in operating a computer and telephone system
Skill in verbal and written communication, effective listening, and providing world class customer service

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
