BUSINESS CENTER ASSOCIATE
Precision Air & Heating, Inc. is now hiring qualified Business Center Associates who believe in Integrity, Quality, and Trust. We lead the residential and light commercial HVAC service industry in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This is a great opportunity and is your chance to obtain experience in a fast-paced work environment. This position requires a punctual, professional, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. Applicants must be able to work effectively to answer phones, dispatch technicians, and complete accurate and thorough data entry. Our ideal candidate will:
o Have knowledge of Successware
o Be able to communicate well over the phone
o Have basic computer skills
o Have experience in customer service, dispatch, call taking, or a services environment but preferably in the HVAC industry
o Have experience in sales and telemarketing preferably in the HVAC industry
o Have a positive attitude
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Answering telephones and making calls representing Precision Air & Heating, Inc. in a professional manner
o Dispatching technicians to appointments
o Scheduling appointments
o Invoice data entry

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
