This position is responsible for supporting Supply Chain Management's Procurement Cost Management (PCM) team in a multitude of areas. This includes providing leadership in the area of data strategy initiatives within PCM's inventory system. Other needs will include architecting automation and workflow solutions for the team's accounting recovery and reporting processes. In addition to this, this role will provide support in the team's expanding role.
_Duties:_
Work with PCM teammates, our 3rd party ASP inventory vendor, and partners to develop strategies and execution plans for improving the structure and processes surrounding the team's inventory system.
Support PCM with corporate wireless administration by driving coordination, project, and/or automation activities with internal partners (i.e., Accounts Payable, Enterprise Mobility, Request Center, SCM, etc.).
Support internal PCM work in the area of SharePoint development. This includes supporting currently built tools as well as expanding our capabilities. These activities generally center on the tools and workflows to support corporate wireless activities in order to enable us to automate existing manual processes.
Work with PCM's 3rd party vendor in coordinating change and release management activities. This includes overseeing the testing of new changes. This will also include coordinating with internal Wells Fargo partners (i.e., TOG) on requests and working with them on refining the business requirements/approach.
Basic
Qualifications: 5
years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
Minimum
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of business systems analysis, implementation coordination, process/systems design
Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office products
Detail oriented, self-directed, analytical and motivated
Demonstrated experience working in a high pressure environment where self-directed skills and ability to prioritize is key
Preferred Skills:
Strong familiarity or fluency with Market Data Services, Limited's inventory program
Strong Access database and/or SQL knowledge
Knowledge of Expense/Cost Management concepts, especially in the realm of wireless and market data
Strong understanding of SharePoint development, including site content support as well as workflow automation/development
BA in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or related discipline
