E-Business Sys Consultant 5

LIIFTS technology team is establishing a team to support various Salesforce CRM initiatives across Wholesale Lines of Businesses. This team is cahrted with developing common components/apis to integrate salesforce with various Wholesale core applications like ICIS, Gule, RTS, etc. , and provide development support for Salesforce Orgs.
Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). Responsible for producing business requirements. Functions as project manager for large and complex projects. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. Tools used to evaluate current processes may be industry tools or self-developed. May act as an external consultant as a participant in consortia groups. May work directly with senior management and is considered a high-level expert.
Basic
Qualifications: 7
years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.
Minimum
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience with CRM Platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
At least 5
years deep knowledge of Functional and Non Functional requirements gathering

years experience in supporting medium to large size projects of moderate complexity.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelors degree with 10
years of business/systems analysis experience
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work directly with the business users on different levels
Strong desire to learn
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
Experience with
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Strong analytic skills - SQL skills when analysis requires data research
Experience working with offshore teams
Thorough understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodology
Experience in Financial industry (Wholesale banking - Commercial and Corporate banking)
Understanding of SQL, Data Definitions, data models and report design.
Experience with XML technologies and understanding of web services.
Familiarity with UX design principles and drafting wireframes/UI mockups.
