Info Security Engineer 4

Provide senior level technical support of CA Top Secret in a large, complex multi LPAR environment utilizing CPF (Command Propagation Facility). Work with internal and end-user personnel to define customized access solutions, reporting, notification, and data gathering as required. On call technical support for CA Top Secret will be required on a rotating basis.
Participates in the research, analysis, design, testing and implementation of complex computer security/protection technologies for company information and systems/applications. Assists customers in identifying security solutions for the company's application systems, key public infrastructures, authentication and directory services to ensure the security of confidential data. Performs periodic detailed assessments of the operating system and infrastructure components' security configuration to identify security vulnerabilities and provides remediation alternatives. Participates in the evaluation of vendor proposals, new and existing security designs, and emerging security technologies and systems. May provide technical guidance to less experienced staff
Basic
Qualifications: 5
years of experience in security applications and systems.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience at an engineering level with CA Top Secret for z/OS.
Candidates must be skilled in the configuration and design of CA Top Secret at a technical level.
Ability to design custom security solutions, configurations, and security interfaces for applications implemented in a CA Top Secret environment.
Candidates must be skilled in z/OS security concepts, CICS, TSO, JCL, and application programming concepts.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with managing mainframe digital certificates using CA Top Secret, CA Compliance Manager, Unix Systems Services, Top Secret for DB2, and ability to perform ad-hoc programming assignments for analysis and reporting is a plus
