Responsibilities:
Assist Maintenance Manager with basic repairs and upkeep including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas including, but not limited to scrubbing restrooms, emptying trash cans, picking up litter, changing light bulbs, arranging outdoor furniture, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning water features.
All other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess:
Regular and reliable attendance. Shift WILL include some weekends and holidays.
Ability and desire to grow with this position.
Ability to be certified in any required areas.
Ability to communicate fluently in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Common sense and a good eye for detail.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
