Our very high-visibility client is seeking Application Developers to support the IoT (Internet of Things) Gateway platform with multiple product lines. This role is to integrate a partners Java development framework into Wind River Linux and Intelligent Device Platform development kits and extend partners Java development framework to expose IOT Gateway platform features.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline 10
years' experience in platform/software development required Experience with Linux required; Embedded Linux (WR Linux, Yocto) a plus Java and C development experience on Linux platforms required Python, Lua, and/or PHP development experience desirable C and C+
experience Linux Driver Development a plus Configuration, management, maintenance of various Linux operating systems in an Enterprise environment Understanding of software stack from FW/BIOS, bootloader, OS, driver, Middleware to application Familiarity with Linux platform security (platform, data, network) and McAfee products Familiarity with Manageability (remote device manageability, infrastructure)
