Cinder Solutions is looking for a sold Software Engineer to fill the role of a Software Developer for one of our direct clients in Chandler, AZ. This is a full time, 40 an hour a week position. Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Application Developer to support the IOT (Internet of Things) Gateway platform with our clients' other platforms. This role is to integrate a partner's Java development framework into their development kits and extend partner's Java development framework to expose IOT Gateway platform features.
Education Level and
Experience:
This role requires a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with 10
years' experience in platform/software development.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Linux required; Embedded Linux (WR Linux, Yocto) a plus.
- Java and C development experience on Linux platforms are required.
- Python, Lua, and/or PHP development experience desirable.
- C and C+
experience.
- Linux Driver Development a plus.
- Configuration, management, maintenance of various Linux operating systems in an Enterprise environment.
- Understanding of software stack from FW/BIOS, bootloader, OS, driver, middleware to application.
- Familiar with Linux platform security (platform, data, network) and McAfee products.
- Familiar with Manageability (remote device manageability, infrastructure).
