Component Design Engineer needed for a contract opportunity for Yoh's client in Chandler, AZ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Component Design Engineer will employ technical knowledge of the ASIC design process to learn and then convey information related by generating custom training materials for development/training.
- Component Design Engineer will focus on architecting and development of training material and labs for product learning kit.
- Component Design Engineer will provide technical insight related to hands on modules and interactive lessons.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- MINIMUM OF A BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering AND five (5+) years of design experience in the semiconductor design industry
- Expert level proficiency in RTL (Verilog) coding, synthesis and automatic place and route
- Thorough understanding of the ASIC design process
- Experience with Synopsys DesignCompiler and IC Compiler or Cadence RTL Compiler and EDI.
- Exposure to design rules, fill and physical verification
- Expertise in C and/or Python (Python and Core Libraries: Pandas, Scikit-Learn, MatplotLib, IPython Notebook, etc.)
- Experience with Technical Leadership

Qualifications:
- MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent education.
