National client in South Chandler is adding Collection Representative's to their team. This is the perfect opportunity to gain employment with an established, well known company. This is a temp to hire opportunity after 90 days. Pay rate starts at $13/hour, with an increase to $14 when you are hired on. Monthly incentives are offered, and average approx $1000 per quarter.
Seeking individuals that are able to call current clients that are 5 to 60 days past due on their payments. No hard collections, looking for personable and friendly voices and a professional demeanor.
Working hours: 8 am - 8 pm
Qualifications include:
Some College Preferred - Excellent advancement opportunity
6 months experience in a customer service role - preferrably call center
Typing min of 35 WPM
Microsoft Word
Positive attitude
Desire to succeed
Backgrond Check and Drug Screen Required
