Qualifications:
Familiarity with standard office automation tools including Microsoft Office (word, excel)
Excellent interpersonal skill, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate people
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability for multitasking
Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and persistence in execution and follow-up of tasks
Excellent ability to communicate and work effectively with other team members in a multicultural and international environment
Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times and utilize sound judgment in dealing with business information
Generate enthusiasm and support of company objectives
Trustworthiness and credibility

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
