Our client is currently seeking an experienced Indirect Dealer Sales Manager. This position is located at their Chandler Corporate headquarters and requires excellent oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, desire to succeed in a service culture, with a strong attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
Performs scheduled visits and cold call visits to the auto dealer network to engage business development and face-to-face contact with auto dealership personnel to generate loan growth of quality assets. Increases indirect loan sales and manages dealer,s portfolio performance, quality, and accuracy. Ensures dealer accountability. Maintains a thorough understanding of the credit union,s loan policies and procedures. Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends and changes, including lending, laws, and regulations. Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports to management. Works with the management team on the reporting and monitoring of dealer,s profitability and financial performance. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills / Requirements
Bachelors Degree (BA) in business or equivalent experience.
Must have minimum two (2) years indirect loan experience including dealer loan originations and relations, comparable sales experience in the financial services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in sales and relations building.
Proven experience at increasing sales through an auto dealer network.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc).
Strong analytical and decision making skills.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies affecting lending.
Valid driver license and appropriate vehicle insurance required. Company vehicle provided!
