Operations Specialist.
Job duties include:
1.
Develop IT Operations to implement IT infrastructure projects.
2.
Participate in Quality Management System activities of the IT Department, including change control, deviation, and Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions.
3.
Respond to cybersecurity threats from the Security Operations Center (SOC) and deploy critical patches for servers and end-user clients.
4.
Prepare and implement new Information Technology Standard Operating Procedures.
5.
Ensure compliance with internal, external auditor, and regulator audits.
6.
Prepare and review validation and qualification documents for Pharmaceutical companies.
7.
Maintain backup, restoration, and archival processes in Pharmaceutical GxP Systems.
8.
Participate in network infrastructure and facility management services and provide IT induction for new employees.
Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Accounting, IT-Pharma or related with at least 24 months of experience or 3 consecutive years of related Bachelor's level education in Science, Accounting, IT-Pharma or related with 48 months of experience.
