Summary:
Join our team as a Guest Services staff member.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking tickets and scanning them at the entrance.
You will be providing excellent customer service by ensuring that all guests have a smooth and efficient entry experience at various locations across Rawhide.
Responsibilities:
Ticketing:
Utilize handheld devices to scan and validate event tickets at designated entry points.
Check tickets for authenticity and ensure they correspond with the event date and time.
Communicate any incidents or irregularities encountered during the ticketing process to supervisory staff promptly.
Guest Assistance & Customer Service:
Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service, guiding guests through the entry process and assisting with any ticket-related questions.
Address guest inquiries, resolve any entry-related issues, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Line Management:
Help manage the flow of guests entering the venue to ensure orderly and swift admission.
Problem Resolution:
Direct any ticketing issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Safety and Security Compliance:
Work closely with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
Additional Duties:
Perform any additional tasks as requested by a member of the management team.
Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace as a condition of employment.

2024 Preferred
Qualifications:
Six (6) months of prior experience selling tickets, in person or online preferred.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Display strong customer service skills with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in writing or verbally and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
