We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Co-Host(tech).
As a Host/Co-Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality , guest services and the performing arts.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival -Host Game Shows in a highly interactive environment on a microphone - Assist with event management, including coordinating reservations for large parties or special events.
Light cleaning duties after every shift.
- Resolve any guest concerns or conflicts in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in service, improv, or hospitality is preferred - Strong conflict management skills to handle any guest issues effectively - Experience in events management is beneficial - Public speaking skills for announcements or event hosting Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy - Ability to work well in a team environment/background in theatre/acting We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
