Role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary system via phone. Desired experience in MS Office application suite -- how to, in addition to troubleshooting. Candidate should have excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be conducted. Technologies may include, but not limited to:
Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems. There is available for relocation.
