Summary:
This position is responsible for all Gila River Resorts & Casinos social media marketing by assisting in developing and implementing the strategic social strategy for brand consistency.
This position is also responsible for capturing and editing content, developing strategy, increasing results on all social media platforms, increased venue visits and exceptional guest service by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Plan and develop social media campaigns to align with business strategy and identify goals for each campaign Draft monthly social media calendars for organic posts Capture, edit and publish engaging content on all social media platforms Engage with guests on social media platforms Proactively identify and make recommendations for poor-performing content Proactively identify audience preferences for social content Maintain existing and new influencer relationships Generate new opportunities with existing and new influencers Work closely with business partners to develop unique social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness Up-to-date on latest social media trends as well as emerging platforms Experience with social media marketing platforms such as Sprout Social, Tagger, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, etc.
Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
Performs other specials projects and duties as assigned.
Promotes and provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
Brand advocate to internal and external guests.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, art, advertising or related field preferred.
Three (3) years of experience in social media required with professional content creation.
Experience as a social media coordinator or similar role.
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences.
Ability to work closely with several departments within the enterprise.
Must have strong leadership, organizational, communication, human relations, and decision-making skills.
Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under stress.
Must be able to work varied hours and weekends.
Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest.
Appreciate our guest.
Must possess strong attention to detail and excellent guest service skill, strong telephone etiquette, a self-starter with the ability follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of enterprise policies and procedures governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
Important Notes As a condition of employment, all new hires must pass the following:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
