This role is integral to maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients throughout their car servicing journey.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing assistance to both potential and existing customers Liaise effectively between various departments, including insurance companies, customers, estimators, and our car care team Accurately input and manage data for parts and customer details Maintain open communication with the car care team to promptly address any customer installation issues Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Assist in ordering supplies for the car care center and office team Deliver consistently excellent customer service while supporting basic administrative duties
Qualifications:
5
years of experience in customer service and administrative roles Proficient organization and attention to detail Experience within a car dealership or collision center is advantageous Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure customer situations Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
