We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production and Shipping Specialist.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in our production and shipping processes, ensuring the efficient and timely production & delivery of our products to customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage product production processes, including quality control and inventory management.
Coordinate and execute shipping and logistics activities to meet delivery deadlines.
Utilize computer skills, especially in QuickBooks and Excel, to maintain accurate records and reports.
Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
Spanish a plus.
Ability to work in a technology start-up like fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities at a moments' notice.
Prepare outgoing shipments by assembling, packaging, and labeling products Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents
Experience:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred , DG certification a plus - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely - Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment - Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect and document shipments Note:
