The PSEMC internship program provides an opportunity to work on real projects with real impact on space exploration, homeland security and the nation's defense.
As a Program Manager Intern, you will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company programs including schedule, contract requirements and program execution.
Be responsible for interface and communication to the program team.

oCandidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Business Administration (or similar major), and returning to school upon completion of the assignmentoBasic Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense (A&D) BusineoCommunication and interpersonal skills oProblem solver that can resolve issues oKnowledge on project and program management methodology and techniques.
oAbility to accomplish business / program goals without day-to-day direction / tasking.
oKnowledge on budgeting, earned value management, and resource allocation.
oWorking knowledge of program cost/scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, SAP, Visual.
).

oProgram management experience or understanding managing programs.
