Sun 9a-3p (remote) Mon- Thur 8a-5p in pers training in person for 2 weeks Mon-Fri 730a-4p Importing eCommerce orders from multiple platforms into our unified platform Communicating our shipping policies to customers and answering questions verbally and ensure customer understand how to accept a delivery.
Monitor shipments and reach out to customers with anticipated delays Assisting shipping department with carrier issues and report to mgmt issues that will affect our customer experience.
Communicate with a sales staff any daily carrier issues Initiate customer returns while keeping customers happy Help keep facility clean and tidy Hybrid position (Approx 2 weeks in-office training is required) Background check and drug screening required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
