This position is a commission-based career, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and make an awesome living! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sell Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Boats and Personal Watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features.
Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales.
Become familiar with Powersports brands such as:
Aprilia, BMW, Can-Am, CF Moto, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Husqvarna, Indian, Kawasaki, KTM, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory, Yamaha, etc.
Assist guests through the purchase process ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free! Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions Stay up to date with our brands, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base Requirements Possess knowledge or willingness to learn of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required Must submit to a background check and drug screening.
