The community has 3,809 homes and over 7,000 residents, two golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, two restaurants/lounges, fitness facility and a broad range of amenities and common areas.
The HOA has a strong in-place management team and is seeking the perfect fit.
The right candidate should possess accounting clerk, and Excel experience.
The knowledge of Jonas software and HOA experience preferred but not required.
Job duties include, counting daily cash, change requests, balance and transfer of all credit card activity, bank deposits, answer calls, demand letters, data entry, update Pending Sales list, maintain folder for vacation watch, etc.
and completes other tasks as requested by the employee's manager and/or General Manager not specifically included in the job description.
