Job Description The Loading Monitor works under minimal supervision at a customer site preparing tractor trailers to receive waste loads and overseeing the proper loading of non-hazardous waste onto tractor trailers.
Monitor the flow of waste being loaded inside tractor trailer.
Instruct Driver when to move the tractor trailer to ensure evenly distributed loading of trailer.
Complete log entries, recording times, weights, activities, and staff details.
Responsible for maintaining clean work area by sweeping and power washing trailer interior and surrounding bay(s) as needed.
Place plastic liners inside empty trailers prior to loading of waste.
Transport delivered liners to storage area.
Follow all health and safety and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications Basic Required
Qualifications:
Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule which may include holidays and weekends (scheduled in advance) Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, gloves, etc.
Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout workday Willing and able to work in all climate conditions Ability to bend, stand, and traverse uneven surfaces Preferred
Qualifications:
