Develop and monitor student ECAP Review and monitor student progress towards graduation Provide students with organization, study, and testing skills Provide support and interventions for academically at-risk students Develop scholarship and college admissions resources for students Support student decision making skills to develop life-long learners Actively participate in Student Study Teams, 504, and IEP process Participate in crisis interventions involving individual students, families, and school Refer students/parents to community agencies, programs, or specialists as appropriate Develop referral resources for students, parents, and staff Other duties as required to meet the needs of students The Successful Candidate possesses:
A current Arizona Guidance Counselor certificate 3
years of full-time experience as a Guidance Counselor High level of comfort with Microsoft applications and the latest technologies Online experience preferred Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred We offer a competitive salary, paid health benefits for the employee, 401k and a strong collaborative culture.
