Creates employee schedules Trains new team members Delegating daily tasks.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Smooth out problems within the workplace.
Address customer concerns.
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Email and phone correspondence.
Monitor spending patterns and budget
cash handling Fill in for General Manager in times of absence.
Make executive decisions and provide accountability.
