1st Shift Packaging Operator Summary Input all information concerning the production lines into SAP.
This includes but is not limited to production movements, scrap material, and back flushes.
Provide general administrative support concerning all production records.
In a cleanroom environment, utilize equipment to clean, process and pack production based on customer shipment criteria.
The hours for this role are 7am-3:
30pm, Monday through Friday.
Overtime is available as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as required):
Wearing cleanroom attire, clean in process production parts using Ultrasonic Tank, wash basins, chemicals, and cleaning supplies Package production parts using vacuum seal equipment and packaging supplies as determined by the customer Capture of finished goods (back flushes) per production line.
Maintain control of the records used in production for traceability.
Print all finished goods labels as well as miscellaneous label as needed for production and warehouse.
Demonstrate on a continuing basis the professional and personal conduct described and required by Heraeus Code of Conduct.
Coordinate and fully cooperate with other departments and work groups.
Promote good employee relations Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Ability and willingness to receive training to operate SAP, mobile equipment and learn 5S concepts.

Ability to read, write, and process all instructions.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Good basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Good product knowledge.

Education and/or Experience One year experience in PC management and basic knowledge in MS Office, or equivalent higher education of appropriate study.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and government officials.
Ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) with all levels within the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Mathematical Skills Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications.
The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.
Computer Skills Ability to operate a personal computer, copy machine, laminator, label printer, and MS applications primarily including Excel and Outlook.
Reasoning Ability Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to apply common sense towards the execution of responsibilities.
The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision; must be a self-starter.
