Customer Care Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Handle outbound calling to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management Requirements:
