IWS (Industrial Waste)/Chemical Engineer

As a Facilities Industrial Waste Water Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop, operate, maintain, and repair industrial water facility systems in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
Deliver results through the application of engineering skills and tools, systematic problem solving, statistical validation of system performance, collaboration with the facilities technicians, peer engineers, equipment suppliers and key stakeholders through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to existing standards and processes.
Deliver best in planet industrial water system performance thru equipment sustaining support and technical guidance to sustaining facility teams to provide for safe, uninterrupted factory operations while reducing operating costs and improving operational quality and efficiency.
Includes on call responsibilities.
Maintain Plan of Record documentation and specifications governing system design, troubleshooting, and operations.
Provide direct support and maintain periodic communication with key suppliers to ensure latest and most cost effective solutions are implemented and that technical accuracy is maintained in master specifications and standards.

Required Mechanical/Chemical/Process Engineering ExpertiseIt is required to possess the following experience for this project.
Autocad and/or Visio softare Troubleshooting of field devices and control hardware and software.
Shall have experience with water resources or water efficiency programs.
A good understanding of water distribution systems for potable or non-potable water and sludge treatment plants.
Be able to provide technical support on water resource or treatment issues to government agencies.
Be able to conduct water quality studies to identify and characterize water pollutant sources.
Gather and analyze water use data to forecast water demand.
Owning safety within area of influence, ensuring system operation reliability to avoid impact or interruption to manufacturing or facilities.
Effective collaboration with construction and operation teams in the field to manage projects meeting design criteria, scope, budget and schedule.
Manage sub contractor's performance through effective communication on daily operation, including maintenance, modification to equipment, process change and control, etc.
, to drive continuously improvement on facilities systems reliability and efficiency.
Identify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost through driving key stakeholders while maintaining systems reliability.
Demonstrated application of sound engineering principles and technical problem solving.
- BS in, Mechanical/Chemical & IWS/UPW experience.
Minimum of 2 years work expereince PM20 Powered by JazzHR Recommended Skills Auto Cad Construction Decision Making Engineering Forecasting Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
