SR. Mechanical Engineer

An employer in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Sr.
Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
This individual will be responsible for:
Planning and Execution of project work, scoping, asset integrity assessments, as-built documentation, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.
This person will also act as the technical subject matter expert during the construction and commissioning phases of each project.
Engineering Support to your clients to help them meet their needs (ex.
Client Meetings - In Office and Remote, Direct Communication with clients, etc.
)Coordinate with all necessary departments to execute projects.
Review and Analysis of drawings to prevent safety and constructability issues.
Experience leading project efforts and teams.
Active PE in the state of AZ.

Years of Experience in Engineering, Design, and Construction within Heavy Industrial, Mining, or Oil & Gas.
Design, Specification, and Installation experience within a majority of the following components:
Mine Processing Plants, Milling, Refining, Smelting, Mine Dewatering, Pumps, Compressors, Pressure Piping, Pumping Applications, Slurries, Copper Solution Mining, and/or Brownfield condition assessments/commissioning.
Knowledge of Mine Safety and Health regulatory codes (MSHA).
Demonstrated experience leading engineering and construction efforts within a consulting firm or EPC firm.
PE License or the ability to acquire a professional engineering license.
Recommended Skills Assessments Asset Integrity Management Systems Compressors Constructability Construction Consulting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
