Software QA Engineer - Aspice

Software quality assurance is a means and practice of monitoring all software engineering processes, methods, and work products to ensure compliance against defined standards.
You will define and roll out Processes, Templates, Checklists, Work instructions etc.
as per ASPICE 3.

- Perform Process improvement Management activities.
- Conduct Training on ASPICE- Work with various Business Units to bring common understanding of processes.
- Perform gap analysis as per ASPICE 3.

- Perform Quality Assurance activities as per ASPICE 3.
1, ISO 26262 and ISO 21434Mandatory Requirements BE/B.
Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent).
7-12 years- experience working on various standards like ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies/processes, and one or more of the relevant standards and reference models (e.
g.
Automotive SPICE , ISO 26262, ISO 21434, CMMI, IATF etc.
) Practical experience in implementing ASPICE 3.
1 in projects.
Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards.
Good knowledge in Project management, risk management, metrics management etc.
Must understand how and when to perform software audits/assessments including audit/assessment planning, approaches, types, analyses, reporting results and follow-up.
