Lead Software Engineer
Insight Global is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join an enterprise team at one of our large banking clients.
This team is responsible for the credit card underwriting platform for small business card technology.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team that manages the coding and scripting of this application.
The Lead Software Engineer will need to understand the application from an end user perspective and identify issues that are currently happening or can happen in the future.
With this information you will work with the team to implement a solution in Java.
The Lead Software Engineer will be hands on coding in addition to leading the team and responsibilities will be split 50/50.

o Previous architecture experience o Fintech experience o Experience with workflow engines like JBPM or Camunda o 5 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer o Hands on coding o Working in micro services o Working in a DevOps environment with continuous integration o 1 year of experience leading a development team o 3 years of experience with Oracle or another RDBMS o Bachelors degree Recommended Skills Architecture Continuous Integration Dev Ops Java (Programming Language) Java Business Process Management Microservices Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
