A large semiconductor company is looking to hire a Sr.
Process Engineer within their Lithography Department in Chandler, AZ! This Sr.
Photo/Litho Process Engineer will be responsible for improving the tool utilization and availability while supporting process development and optimization.
This person will also help to develop and write standard work procedures and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP) and implementing the process SPC using Six-Sigma statistical methodology.

Improving tool utilization and availability Supporting process development activities Process development and optimization Developing and writing specifications Reducing overall cost by improving tool performance and reducing scrap Developing and writing standard work procedures and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP) Implementation of process SPC using Six-Sigma statistical methodology Working with manufacturing and industrial engineering for capacity planning and modeling Participating in and/or leading cross-functional and lean activity teams Sourcing and process releasing new equipment Training process technicians in dispositioning wafers in process out of control situations Training wafer FAB associates in process tool operation using our standard work process Identification and reduction of recurrent machine faultsExperience in Lean Manufacturing methods Bachelors in Engineering 3
years in semiconductor process engineering within the Photo/Lithography Department Experience within two or more Photo/Litho toolsets (ASML iLine, DUV, 193nm) Experience designing experiments (DOE) with statistical analysis Recommended Skills Capacity Planning Industrial Engineering Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Process Development Recruitment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
