POSITION SUMMARY The S BR r eport s directly to and works closely with the Senior Enterprise Salesperson (SES) and its primary function is to identify , prioritize, and qualify prospects (dairy farmers, farm managers, nutritionists, feed operators, and veterinarians) , briefing them on Native Microbial products.
S BR will work closely with the SES to research their region, grow the ir p ipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities:
Research, prioritize and qualify prospects (a mong dairy farmers, farm managers, nutritionists, feed operators, and veterinarians ) in your sales region.
Figure out who to call on and how to get to them ( i.
e.
read, map, and penetrate target organizations) Doggedly pursue prospects , qualify them, pitch them , work SES to make a sale Collect detailed data on qualified prospects Develop , work and systematically improve your sales action plan with your SES Be fastidious in maintaining prospect and customer data in CRM.
REQUIREMENTS Pr ior experience doing market / sales research.
Prior experience doing inside sales or telemarketing a plus.
Post secondary education in biological science, agriculture or technology.
On the road 60% of the time to meet with, qualify prospects.
Proven ability to meet and excee d sales quotas.
Write and speak well and know how to pitch Evidence of energy, drive and the ability to figure out a market and pitch and innovative product.

social media, LinkedIn, County Fairs, 4H clubs , news Communicate complex data to prospects in a simple, clear manner.
Good with numbers, using a CRM.
WORKING CONDITIONS Work remotely, connecting with supervisor and peers using electronic means Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with prospects, make pitches and research markets Occasional weekend requirements for industry meetings, conferences, customer events/outings, etc.
COMPENSATION High five figure base, over six figures at plan (with bonus
