Position Summary The HR Operations Administration Associate sits as the heart of the team support and is involved in all areas of the team's work.
Supporting general project management, task/case tracking and triage, reporting, mail/fax, and compliance determined by or in conjunction with new, existing, and former clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform administration functions that support the HR Operations group.
This role will support all functions as determined by evolving business needs and have daily, weekly, and monthly accountability.
Work as an individual contributor to a team, using a standard set of operational processes and procedures to assist internal team and clients.
Collaborate with team members across states and countries on initiatives to improve delivery of our service and optimize operational efficiencies.
Process inbound mail, email, and fax inquiries from multiple Division Partners.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Create and update various tracking systems to provide increased organization and insight.
Maintain department SharePoint to include updated policy and procedure documentation, trackers, and notable events.
Organize travel, meetings and calendars as needed.
Work with Accounts Payable on Invoice administration Call coverage / screening as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A strong drive to deliver exceptional support to both external and internal customers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
