The mission of the Operations Specialist is to first seek to understand the core purpose, values, culture, norms, and processes of Embark Behavioral Health and translate those into effective, scalable learning and development initiatives.
The Operations Specialist is someone who can prioritize and solve problems, balancing investments of time with business impact across multiple domains - financial, internal quality and process, external relationships, innovation, and culture.
This will require familiarity with metrics important to multiple stakeholders as well as a diverse content knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Learning Experience Platform administration and troubleshooting Companywide intranet administration and troubleshooting Development of e-learning modules Consulting with programs on the strategy and development of in person trainings Designing educational print materials Video editing Initial response to Docebo, performance management suite, and Intranet support tickets under 4 business hours Assist each HRM or Training Specialist with the build out of reports, learning plans, and courses consistently as evidenced by 360 feedback Managing multiple stakeholders for any future projects related to people management (things like performance management software, people development cadences, leadership development initiatives, event planning, etc)
Qualifications:
Well organized and detail oriented Committed to accurate and timely completion of work Skilled with Microsoft Office suites or tech savvy.
Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications.
Ability to develop efficient processes.
Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion.
Experience with Adobe creative suite.
Remote possible if candidate is located near an Embark program.
Education:
Bachelors in a related field.
