Care Granted Care Granted Chandler, AZ Chandler, AZ Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $70,000 a year $60,000 - $70,000 a year 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago As the Executive/Personal Assistant you will provide support to the CEO of Care Granted Home Healthcare in business and personal endeavors, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day-to-day workflow, prioritizing various projects and operating as their caregiver, primarily in their home.
Note that this role operates non-traditionally regarding work hours and additional caregiving responsibilities.

Willingness to learn and positive attitude towards leadership Paperwork completion Competencies Communication Critical thinking Active listening Executive support Meeting preparation & implementation Service oriented Problem-solving/Solutions oriented Time management Health management Task and project management Coordination Technology Leadership Professional Development Professional image/brand Work ethic Self knowledge Compassion Responsibilities Supporting and assisting CEO Acting as the point of contact among CEO, staff, clients and other external partners Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner Perform general administrative and confidential duties Daily managing and organizing CEO calendar and schedule Day to day and long term management of meetings, projects and priorities Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential tasks/projects, and meet critical deadlines Mail retrieval, opening envelopes and sorting to present to CEO Email management Setting-up/scheduling meetings and appointments Ensuring CEO is kept up to date on correspondence and inquiries Formatting information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, letters, presentations, reports, and applications Responds to all correspondence daily, including emails, phone calls, text messages, etc.
Screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence Making travel and accommodation arrangements Running errands for pick-ups and deliveries for CEO, designated staff and/or clients Event planning and execution (special events, holiday parties, meetings) Ensure CEO preparedness for meetings by gathering and providing information/materials necessary Attending and taking minutes/transcribing notes during meetings Prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to participants Follow-up including meeting summary and distribution of meeting notes to meeting participants Organizing and maintaining office systems Traveling to facilitate business and personal arrangements (availability to travel) Assist with daily living activities Provide other support and complete duties as needed and assigned Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
