Position Description:
The Site Operations Associate is an entry level role and responsible for supporting product updates, promotional campaigns, and content online.
This role reports to the Site Operations Manager and will need to be extremely organized and collaborative since they will be managing multiple projects simultaneously at every point in the project development process.
Lastly, this role must properly prioritize deliverables based on the business needs.
Responsibilities:
? Support and executecampaigns utilizing appropriate tools across channels (i.
e.
, scheduling promotions and site assets across various landing pages and platforms).
? Perform quality control of campaigns pre and post launch.
? Help traffic Monday.
com boards to keep all key players and assets on task and on time.
? Manage expectations and timing of requested deliverables.
? Manage backorder process between merchandising teams and 3rd party partners, as needed, to execute projects.
? Work on promotional strategies, sponsorships, contests, etc.
? Support site-merchandising initiatives ? Create project plans for requested initiatives and manage timelines and deliverables through project lifecycle and act as point person for all assets tied to initiatives ? Share new ideas with cross-functional teams to better our projects and brand.
? Understanding of data and analysis to help inform promotional offers.
? Recommend and create processes and resources that increase productivity in promotion and campaign-related projects.
? Provide ad hoc support as needed and fulfill other tasks as directed by Site Operations team
Qualifications:
? Excellent communication skills ? Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments ? High degree of professionalism ? Excellent problem-solving skills ? Highly organized with attention to detail ? Curious and calm under pressure ? Support multiple projects at once ? Collaborative style with ability to work well with others Experience Required:
? 1 - 3 years' experience in related field, Bachelor's degree in operations, marketing, or equivalent experience in service industry.
Knowledge in retail, eCommerce, home goods or technical industry a plus ? Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn project management tools ? Experience with project management software/tools a plus (e.
