Responsibilities:

Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of our company's data assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
Data Analysis:
Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful insights and patterns from complex datasets.
Identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for optimization.
Reporting and Visualization:
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Data Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Perform regular data audits and address any identified issues.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand data requirements, address data-related challenges, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Documentation:
Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Data Privacy and Security:
Adhere to data privacy regulations and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data throughout the data lifecycle.
Stay Up-to-Date:
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis, data management, and data visualization to enhance professional knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Administrator, or similar role, with a focus on data management and analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of data quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage and maintain large datasets.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
