Experience:

years of Customer Service experience REQUIRED Experience using multiple forms of communication (Email & Phone) Proficient with software and technology (Dual-Monitor experience preferred) Empathetic by nature, empathy is a crucial component of this role.

Bilingual is a STRONG plus! Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening Additional Details:
Compensation is $20 per hour.
Every employee is eligible for a monthly Quality Assurance Bonus (we do not measure numerical metrics, we measure Customer Experience!) following 90 days of employment.
Bonuses range from $50-$250 based on performance.
We are open Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturday 7am - 5pm, with several shifts available.
Schedules will be assigned during training, based on business needs.
We ask every candidate to have availability to work any of days/times listed above.
Saturday shifts get a day off during the week either a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday All shifts are 8 hours, 40 hours per week.
No mandatory overtime.
Attendance is extremely important and there are no absences allowed during the 2-week training period.
PTO is accrued in hourly increments and available to use following 90 days of employment.
Employees are able to accrue up to 80 hours in the first year of employment.

This role services all of the Chapman Automotive Group dealerships out of our Business Development Center, which is located inside the all-new Chapman Corporate Center, in Chandler, AZ.
We are looking for individuals to join our MARCH hiring class.
This position is IN OFFICE ONLY.
This is a full-time, hourly position with multiple shifts available.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
