) Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing Review all clauses in listing contract and obtain seller's signature Networking, networking, networking Qualifications Past sales experience is preferred Arizona Real Estate License is required.
