4 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Responsibilities Job Summary The General Maintenance Worker performs repairs, installations, and preventative/corrective maintenance on all residential buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles as required.
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility (residential homes) in regards to physical plant equipment and building involving plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, carpentry, roofing, flooring, ceilings, and walls.
Assists Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Painters as directed.
Performs related duties which includes but is not limited to:
cleaning assigned areas, answering telephones, and completing documentation in computerized maintenance management system.
Attends in service education classes as directed.
Assists other personnel on projects work and new installations of equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience 1 year of related general maintenance experience Required Licenses and Certifications Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Required Driver License Valid driver's license Required Job Type:
