Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement Develop compelling and relevant content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing Scout for influencers and business-to-business partnerships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar capacity Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and their respective demographics Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in copywriting and proofreading Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms Competence in content creation, including graphic design, photography, and video editing Knowledge of advertising principles and strategies across social media platforms Understanding of public relations strategies for online brand management Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
