Only W2This is Hybrid position candidate can pick any one of these following locations Charlotte, NC OR Minneapolis, MN OR Chandler, AZDay to Day:
This person does not have a true day-to-day.
In their current state, they are working toward the goal of optimization and re-engineering of functions and solutions.
This person will work with all different types of groups across the LOB and enterprise- HR, ops, technology, controllers, so they need to be ready for working with different teams and types of people on a day-to-day basis.
They will be leading and guiding teams and leaders to help resolve issues within the group.
They are ultimately helping out with building a new road map for the group.
According to the hiring managers, each day will be different from the next.
Must Haves:

years of Change Management/Transformation Experience- within OperationsO Project management acumeno Governance experienceo Most must haves a personality and soft skill driven:
Culturally astute- strong listening skills, questioning skills, keeps things moving Comfortable with ambiguity Great communication with all different types of people and different working styles Extremely proactive Comfortable with intense environment/uncomfortable situationsO Strong delivery and execution experienceO Banking/Financial knowledgeO Experience with Ops technology and outsourcingPlusses:
