We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a nursing director. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff Monitor the quality of patient care provided by nursing staff, and implement improvements as needed Ensure that all nursing staff comply with organizational and regulatory requirements and standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Requirements Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Salary:
